With the emergence of ChatGPT and other generative AI tools, everyone now has the opportunity to experiment with  Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI has been present for quite some time, and various forms of it are already being utilized in information management to enhance document discoverability, accessibility and improve workflow efficiencies. The key questions are what other innovative possibilities exist using  AI and what ethical and legal considerations are involved.
