Opposition and invalidity (APIC)

During the training an overview is given on the requirements (like novelty, inventive step and timing) and strategy for Opposition and Invalidity searching. An in depth overview will be given on the meaning of novelty and inventive step mostly from European point of view, as defined by the EPO, and how to attack with relevant literature.

Result

After this training attendees are able to perform an opposition and invalidity search.
